Certificates of Compliance
The UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Product Security) regime requires all internet connectable, and network connectable devices sold in the UK to meet a minimum security requirement and be accompanied by a Certificate of Compliance to show this.
We, PureTech Electrical Products Ltd. hereby declare that under our own responsibility, our devices fully comply with the applicable security requirements in Schedule 1 of The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.
Schedule 1 specifies security requirements that relate to manufacturers of relevant connectable products which includes the PureTech brand and its subsidiaries.
This includes the following:
- Password is unique per device or defined by the user of the device, and the password which is unique per device is generated by using a security mechanism that reduces the risk of automated attacks against a class or type of device.
- Users can report vulnerabilities to PureTech at https://puretechsecurity.co.uk/security-centre-puretech and we will respond to any report within 2 business days.
- PureTech will provide security updates for our products during the pre-defined support period. The defined support period will end 3 years after the product’s invoice date.

We take security seriously and will act on any reported security vulnerabilities or compliance issues with transparency and urgency, responding to any report within two business days.
